Brave soldier Product review by Niks customer
I have always used different types of chapstick when on the mountain or road bike. The lips usually take a lot of damage from the sun, wind, and dehydration (which should never happen). The Brave Solider lip balm product has worked very well for these activities. The balm is easy to apply and is thick enough to last a very long before needing another application. I also enjoyed that the balm has very little to no taste. Fruity tastes can sometimes be irritable when trying to crank out a big effort.
I have been using the Brave Solider Solar Shield product for about three weeks and it has worked very well. The two toughest items to deal with when using sunscreens on mountain or road bikes are 1)clogging of pores due to sunscreen 2)Sunscreens with irritating smells. Solar Shield allowed my skin to sweat normally and did not have an overpowering smell. These overpowering smells have kept me from using sunblocks during these activities. I will continue to use this product and highly recommend it to others.
